Throughout his career, he has advised companies across a range of industries—including oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, hospitality and leisure, infrastructure, media and entertainment, financial and banking services, and technology (telecommunications)—handling matters ranging from complex litigation to collective bargaining. He holds a postgraduate specialization in Employment and Labor Law from PUC-RJ and a master’s degree in Economic Law from Universidade Gama Filho.
Antonio Carlos Pereira Neto advises Brazilian and foreign companies across a wide range of industries, including consumer goods, industrial goods and services, energy (oil and gas), pharmaceuticals, hospitality and leisure (hotels and resorts), infrastructure, media and entertainment, financial and banking services, technology (telecommunications), real estate and healthcare, and has substantial experience representing clients before Brazil’s Labor Courts.
He has represented international telecommunications service providers in numerous litigation, restructuring and outsourcing matters and has extensive experience in union negotiations, including Profit-Sharing Agreements (PLR) and Results-Sharing Programs (PPR).
In the field of sports law, he served as Vice President of the Futsal Court of Sports Justice from 2010 to 2016.
