The TAGD Advogados Ombudsman is a direct channel through which your voice can be heard. You may submit complaints, suggestions, compliments or reports of misconduct concerning our services or professional activities. Every submission is handled carefully, impartially and confidentially, helping us enhance the quality of our service and reinforce our commitment to ethics and transparency.

About the Ombudsman

The Ombudsman is an independent communication channel between you and TAGD Advogados. Its role is to receive, record and refer submissions to the appropriate teams, monitoring each matter until a response is provided. It serves as a channel for meaningful dialogue, seeking fair solutions and the continuous improvement of our services.

What You May Submit

• Complaints concerning service, response times or the quality of services provided.
• Suggestions and ideas that may improve your experience with the firm.
• Compliments regarding a professional or service that exceeded your expectations.
• Reports of conduct that may violate the law, ethical standards or our Code of Conduct.
• Questions that have not been resolved through our standard service channels.

How It Works

1. Submit your communication through one of the channels listed below, providing as much detail as possible.
2. The Ombudsman acknowledges receipt and organizes the information relating to your matter.
3. We refer the submission to the appropriate team and monitor the review.
4. We provide a clear response describing the measures taken.

Confidentiality and Respect

We handle all submissions confidentially and in good faith. Reports may be made on an identified or anonymous basis, and no person will suffer retaliation or adverse treatment for using the Ombudsman in good faith. Information is accessible only to those who need it for review and is handled in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Response Time

We are committed to responding as promptly as possible, ordinarily within 10 business days of receipt. If a matter requires more extensive review, we will provide a status update and a revised estimated response date.
