He worked extensively on reorganizations of recently privatized public utility companies, particularly in mobile telecommunications, electric power, and gas distribution.

He participated in the Bolivia–Brazil Gas Pipeline project and other high-profile infrastructure projects.

He has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including the acquisition of two major Brazilian laboratories and the unwinding of an international joint venture.

He also works in the real estate sector, drafting shareholders’ agreements and joint venture documents.
