Gustavo Godoy holds degrees in Law from UERJ and Accounting from UNISUL, as well as a Master’s degree in Tax Law from the University of Bologna (Italy).
His practice focuses on tax advisory and planning, particularly in domestic and international transactions involving individuals and legal entities resident in Brazil and abroad. He has extensive experience in wealth structuring, pre-immigration planning, and estate planning. He served as direct tax manager at a leading global consulting firm and completed a professional secondment at one of Milan’s foremost tax law firms.
