Victor Parasin
Victor Parasin is an attorney at TAGD Advogados. He advises Brazilian and foreign companies, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate reorganizations, due diligence, shareholders’ agreements and general corporate matters; assists publicly traded companies before the CVM, B3 and SEC, particularly in connection with debenture offerings; and drafts complex agreements and product and service supply agreements, including Software as a Service (SaaS) arrangements and projects to ensure compliance with the LGPD.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Faculdades Integradas Rio Branco (FIRB), 2012, and law degree from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU), 2019; LL.M. in Business Law and Practice from Centro de Extensão Universitária – CEU Law School (2020).
